Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a valid purchase order.
  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charge.
    • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service will result in a 50% charge on the full amount.
    • Additionally, for any cancellation, a 10% administration and card fee will be charged.
  3. Payment:

    • Full payment is required in advance to secure bookings.
    • Payments can be made via the provided payment methods on our official platform or through bank transfer.
  4. Services:

    • London Skyline Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
  5. Changes to Bookings:

    • Changes to booking details, including dates and times, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  6. DBS Checked Staff:

    • Our team comprises DBS checked personnel to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
  7. Liability:

    • London Skyline Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the provision of services, unless due to negligence on our part.
  8. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation, in accordance with our refund policy.
  9. Administration and Card Fee:

    • For any cancellation, a 10% administration and card fee will be charged.
  10. Force Majeure:

    • London Skyline Ltd will not be liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, and natural disasters.
